Black Friday GMV Competition Terms and Conditions

Effective Dates: November 13, 2025 at 4:00 PM PST – December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Bite’s TikTok BFCM GMV Contest. By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules, TikTok Shop policies, and all applicable laws.

1. Overview

This Contest rewards TikTok Shop affiliates who generate qualifying Gross Merchandise Value (“GMV”) from Bite products during the Contest Period. Rewards are paid in addition to Bite’s boosted 35% BFCM affiliate commission.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to TikTok Shop affiliates located in the United States.

  • Participants must have an active TikTok Shop affiliate account in good standing.

  • No sign-up required; participation is automatic.

  • Void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins November 13, 2025 at 4:00 PM PST and ends December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.

Only GMV generated during this timeframe qualifies.

4. How to Participate

Affiliates must:

  • Post TikTok videos or livestreams featuring Bite products.

  • Feature the Bite product visually in the content.

  • Tag approved Bite TikTok Shop products using official TikTok product links.

  • Drive GMV attributable to their affiliate dashboard for Bite products.

GMV must appear in the creator’s TikTok Shop affiliate dashboard.

5. Reward Tiers

Participants earn the following cash amounts based on total Bite GMV generated during the Contest Period:

$100 GMV → $25 cash
$1,000 GMV → $200 cash
$5,000 GMV → $1,000 cash

These rewards are paid on top of the 35% boosted BFCM commission rate.
Unlimited creators may qualify for each tier.
Participants will receive the reward for the highest single GMV tier reached by the end of the Contest Period; lower-tier rewards will not be combined or stacked.

6. GMV Definition

For this Contest, “GMV” includes:

  • All Bite product GMV reflected in the participant’s TikTok Shop affiliate dashboard.

  • GMV from videos, livestreams, Spark Ads traffic, or any other TikTok-approved affiliate surface.

Returns, cancellations, or invalidated orders may reduce final qualifying GMV.

7. Content Requirements

To qualify, content must meet all of the following:

  • Bite product must be featured visually.

  • Must comply with TikTok Shop and TikTok platform rules.

  • Must avoid medical claims or unapproved product claims.

  • Must follow FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate content.

  • Must not include NSFW content.

  • Must not claim, imply, or suggest that Bite is going out of business.

  • Must not contain unsafe, offensive, or misleading content.

Any violation may result in disqualification.

8. Proof Submission

Participants must submit proof of their GMV during the designated window:

Submission Window:
December 2–7, 2025 (11:59 PM PST)

Proof must be submitted either:

Required information:

  • TikTok handle

  • Full name

  • Email associated with TikTok Shop

  • Total GMV earned

  • Screenshot(s) of TikTok Shop affiliate dashboard showing Bite GMV

9. Verification

  • All GMV will be verified through TikTok Shop backend reporting.

  • Bite may request additional proof if needed.

  • GMV determined to be fraudulent, purchased, or artificially inflated will be disqualified.

  • Bite’s verification decisions are final.

10. Payout Method & Timing

Creators may receive rewards via:

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Bank transfer

The payment method will be selected at the brand’s discretion at the time of payout.

Payout Timing:
Rewards will be issued within 30 days after verification.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes.

11. Unlimited Winners

There is no cap on the number of creators who may qualify.
If multiple participants reach the same GMV tier, all will receive the corresponding cash reward.

12. General Conditions

  • Bite may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time due to platform changes, fraud, or unforeseen issues.

  • Rewards are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Bite’s discretion.

  • Bite is not responsible for errors or delays in TikTok Shop tracking or reporting.

  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
