Bite Creator Posting Sprint — Terms & Conditions
Campaign Period: September 18, 2026 through October 20, 2026.
By registering for or participating in the Bite Creator Posting Sprint (“Campaign”), participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to eligible creators who are part of Bite’s Affiliate Discord community, are registered for the Campaign through the designated registration link, and are eligible to participate in TikTok Shop’s affiliate program.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Participation is subject to all applicable laws, TikTok policies, and Bite affiliate requirements.
2. Campaign Period
Eligible videos must be published between September 18, 2026 and October 20, 2026.
Only one eligible video per creator per calendar day may count toward Campaign milestones. Posting multiple videos in one day will not result in additional milestone credit.
All qualifying videos must remain publicly available through the end of the Campaign. Deleted, removed, or made-private videos may be disqualified.
3. Eligible Content
To count toward a milestone, a video must:
- Be an original TikTok Shop shoppable video featuring Bite Toothpaste Bits
- Be at least 10 seconds long
- Include the applicable Bite product link/product anchor
- Include a clear verbal or visual hook, pain point, transformation, problem/solution, demonstration, or story
- Not prominently reveal the Bite product within the first 10 seconds
- Be original content created for the participant’s account and not a repost or recycled piece of previously published content
- Remain live through the end of the Campaign
- Follow TikTok Shop policies, FTC endorsement/disclosure requirements, and all applicable laws
- Avoid false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized health, dental, environmental, or product claims
Campaign examples and suggested hooks are intended as creative inspiration and do not authorize creators to make claims that are inaccurate or unsupported.
4. Content That Does Not Qualify
Bite may determine a submission to be ineligible if it includes low-effort or low-quality content; unboxing-only content; faceless content without meaningful original storytelling; content primarily showcasing another brand; reposted or recycled content; deleted content; videos under 10 seconds; more than one submitted video from the same creator on the same day; or overly promotional “hard sell” language such as false urgency, exaggerated discounts, or misleading availability claims.
Artificially generated engagement, purchased views, bots, fraudulent transactions, or other manipulation will result in disqualification of the affected content and may result in removal from the Campaign.
5. Milestone Rewards
Creators earn a cash reward based on the highest qualifying video milestone reached during the Campaign:

Milestone rewards are not cumulative. For example, a creator who reaches 20 eligible videos earns $300 total in milestone cash, not $25 + $150 + $300.
Only videos reviewed and approved as eligible by Bite count toward milestone totals.
6. Additional Bonuses
In addition to milestone rewards, participants may be eligible for the following bonuses:
First to 10 Sales: An additional $150 will be awarded to the first eligible Campaign participant to generate 10 qualifying TikTok Shop sales.
First to 25 Sales: An additional $300 will be awarded to the first eligible Campaign participant to generate 25 qualifying TikTok Shop sales.
100K View Bonus: An additional $100 may be earned for each eligible Campaign video that reaches at least 100,000 legitimate TikTok views by the Campaign verification deadline.
For sales-based bonuses, a “qualifying sale” means a TikTok Shop order attributed to the creator through TikTok Shop’s reporting system. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise reversed transactions do not count.
For view-based bonuses, purchased, bot-generated, artificially inflated, or otherwise invalid views do not count. Bite may request TikTok analytics or other reasonable verification before issuing a bonus.
7. Submission and Verification
Creators must submit proof of participating posts through Bite’s designated Campaign submission method by October 22, 2026.
Bite will review submitted videos to confirm that they satisfy Campaign requirements before rewards are approved.
TikTok Shop reporting, creator analytics, submission records, timestamps, and other available platform data may be used to verify posts, sales, views, and milestone eligibility.
If two creators appear to reach a “first to” sales milestone at approximately the same time, Bite will use the earliest verifiable TikTok Shop transaction timestamp to determine the recipient.
8. Payment
All Campaign rewards are stated in U.S. dollars.
Approved rewards will be paid after Campaign verification and after the creator provides any reasonably required payment or tax documentation.
Creators are responsible for any taxes associated with rewards they receive. Bite may require a completed tax form or other documentation before issuing payment where required by law.
9. Affiliate Commissions
Campaign cash rewards and bonuses are separate from any normal TikTok Shop affiliate commission the creator may otherwise earn.
Participation in this Campaign does not modify TikTok Shop’s own commission, attribution, refund, payment, or affiliate policies.
10. Creator Disclosures
Creators are responsible for clearly and conspicuously disclosing their material relationship with Bite as required by applicable advertising laws and TikTok policies.
Where required, creators should use appropriate disclosure language such as #ad, #affiliate, or another clear disclosure indicating that they may earn commission or receive compensation.
11. Review and Disqualification
Bite reserves the right to reject content that does not satisfy these Terms, violates TikTok policies, contains misleading claims, manipulates Campaign metrics, or otherwise attempts to circumvent Campaign requirements.
Bite may request reasonable supporting information when verifying eligibility. Decisions will be based on the Campaign requirements and available TikTok Shop and creator analytics.
12. Platform Disclaimer
This Campaign is administered by Bite and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok except through the ordinary use of TikTok Shop and its affiliate tools.
TikTok’s own terms, policies, and eligibility requirements continue to apply.
13. Changes or Cancellation
Bite may modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Campaign if circumstances outside its reasonable control materially affect the operation, fairness, integrity, or administration of the Campaign.
Any material changes will be communicated to participating creators.
14. General
Participation does not create an employment relationship between Bite and any creator. Creators participate as independent participants/affiliates and remain responsible for their own content and compliance with applicable requirements.
The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
